Some pages require that Javascript is enabled in order to view the pages properly. Efforts are being
made to remove this requirement, but if a page does not "seem to be working," it probably needs Javascript
enabled. Javascript warnings are provided on some pages.

It is recommended that 'font smoothing' be turned on for optimal viewing. The font smoothing that is
built into Windows XP (ClearType) is vastly superior to the font smoothing in previous versions of
the Windows operating system. The best fonts for viewing a site depend on the operating system and/or browser
being used. Therefore, this site lets the viewer choose (on the Home Page) between fonts (Bolder or Less Bold)
to enhance readability. The only place to change font selections is on the Home Page.
