The Career Enrichment Center (CEC) is a science, technology, and vocational magnet school in the Albuquerque Public School District. The CEC serves students from all of the high schools in the district as well as students from the home-school community.

The Early College Academy is a college-preparatory school that facilitates dual enrollment, enabling high-school students to take classes for college credit that can be applied toward an associate or university degree.

The Hefferan Planetarium is located on the CEC campus. Classes of all ages can visit the Planetarium by scheduling a field trip with the Planetarium Director.
